Terms and Conditions

Antares Platform is a generic horizontal platform managed by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as "TELKOM") that can be used for data storage, processing, and monitoring solutions from IoT sensors implemented in the field.

When using Antares Platform, Users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User") are subject to the guidelines, rules, or terms and conditions that apply, which may be updated from time to time (including Antares Platform Privacy Policy).

By registering and/or using the Site and/or Application, you are deemed to have read, understood, comprehended, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept and agree to any, some, or all of the contents of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use Antares Platform.

Definitions

The terms contained in these Terms and Conditions refer to the following definitions:

  • Account refers to the account that has been registered on Antares Platform.
  • Application refers to the software/computer program that integrates features, technology, content, and products that we provide, which can be accessed through the Site.
  • Personal Data refers to data about an individual who is identified or can be identified either directly or indirectly, on its own or in combination with other information, through electronic or non-electronic systems. This data includes, but is not limited to, name, identity number, phone number, location, identity in electronic systems, and other details that allow the individual to be identified.
  • Profile Data refers to the data found on the User's profile page.
  • Services refer to all kinds of services provided by us through Antares Platform, including but not limited to access to Applications, features, content, and products that can be used by Users.
  • User refers to the party who has registered an Account to use Antares Platform.
  • Site refers to the website or platform managed by us, which can be accessed by Users to use the Services we provide, including but not limited to antareplatform.com or other addresses that we specify from time to time.

Account Usage and Behavior

  • Only Users who have an Account can use Antares Platform Services.
  • To create an Antares Platform Account, you may be asked to provide certain information and your Personal Data. In connection with the creation of an Antares Platform Account and the use of Antares Platform Services, you agree to provide your information and personal data truthfully, clearly, accurately, and completely to Antares Platform.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account and password.
  • Antares Platform Services are not intended for use by underage Users, i.e., individuals who have not reached the legal age or age of majority according to the applicable laws. Underage Users who use Antares Platform are the responsibility of their parents/guardians. If a User provides false, unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete statements, information, or Personal Data, Antares Platform reserves the right to reject the Account creation request and suspend or terminate some or all of the access and Services provided to the User.
  • Antares Platform reserves the right to consider and treat all activities carried out through an Antares Platform Account as activities performed by the User.
  • Users are responsible for any losses and legal consequences arising from errors or negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of their password and Account.
  • Users agree to promptly notify Antares Platform of any suspected unauthorized use of their Antares Platform Account or password, or any other security breach related to their Account.
  • You agree to use Antares Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You are not allowed to use the Platform for illegal purposes or to harm others.

Payment Methods

You agree to pay for any paid Services as determined by the Antares Platform.

Users agree that the Antares Platform will process transactions using the payment methods established by the Antares Platform, which are:

  • Credit Card
  • Ewallet – linkAja
  • Virtual Account – BNI
  • Virtual Account – Mandiri
  • Virtual Account – Permata Bank
  • Virtual Account – BRI

We collaborate with third parties, as mentioned in point 4.b. above, regarding the payment process solely for the purpose of providing a secure and convenient payment method.

Antares Platform is not responsible for refunding payments in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Prohibitions and Limitation of Liability

  • No one is allowed to attempt and/or be considered to attempt to collect, process, and/or disclose data contained in the Antares Platform's electronic system for purposes that violate the applicable laws and regulations.
  • No one is allowed to use the Antares Platform site to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer, or communication system, software applications, or computing networks or devices (each, a "System").
  • Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, accessing or using any System without permission, including attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of a System, or to violate any security or authentication measures employed by a System.
  • The Antares Platform and TELKOM are not responsible for the collection, processing, and/or disclosure of data conducted outside the Antares Platform's electronic system.

TELKOM's Warranty and General Limitation of TELKOM's Liability

Users agree that they use the Antares Platform Services at their own discretion and that the Antares Platform Services are provided to Users on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TELKOM (including TELKOM Group, directors, and employees) shall not be liable, and Users agree not to hold TELKOM accountable for any damages or losses (including but not limited to the loss of money, reputation, profits, or other intangible losses) that result directly or indirectly from:

  • The use or inability of the User to use the Services;
  • The pricing of Services provided by Partners;
  • Delays or disruptions in the Application;
  • Negligence and losses caused by individual Users;
  • Intellectual Property Rights violations;
  • Disputes between Users;
  • Defamation of other parties;
  • Losses due to unofficial payments made to other parties in any manner under the name of TELKOM or errors in writing account details and/or other information and/or negligence by the bank;
  • Viruses or other malicious software (bots, scripts, automation tools, hacking tools) obtained by accessing or connecting to the System on the Antares Platform Services;
  • Disruptions, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the Services;
  • Damage to Users' hardware from using the Services;
  • Hacking actions performed by third parties on User accounts;
  • Force Majeure.

Feedback and Suggestions

If there are any questions, complaints, and/or grievances regarding the use of the Antares Platform, Users can submit their inquiries, complaints, and/or grievances along with their identity to:

In the event of any additions, reductions, and/or changes to the complaint channels, users will be informed through the Site.

Antares Platform will verify the User's data based on the information stored in the Antares Platform system. Antares Platform reserves the right to reject processing any inquiries, complaints, and/or grievances submitted by Users if the verified User data does not match the data stored in the Antares Platform system.

Antares Platform will conduct an inspection and/or investigation of the User's complaint and provide a response to the User according to applicable policies and procedures within 1 to 7 working days after Antares Platform receives the complete inquiry/complaint/grievance.

Force Majeure

Antares Platform and TELKOM cannot be held accountable for delays and/or failures in fulfilling their obligations caused by events beyond TELKOM's control (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure"). Events that may be categorized as Force Majeure include, but are not limited to, riots, epidemics, fires, floods, earthquakes, general strikes, wars, sabotage, and the enactment of regulations in the Republic of Indonesia that limit or prevent either party from fulfilling their obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of one or more of the above-mentioned events occurring, Antares Platform and TELKOM are obligated to notify Users in writing via email, the Site, and/or the Application within 7 (seven) calendar days from the occurrence of the event.

Changes and/or Updates

Antares Platform may make changes and/or updates to these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about the latest information regarding how these Terms and Conditions are applied. By continuing to access and use the Services, you agree to the changes made in these Terms and Conditions.

Severability

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is declared to be in conflict with, invalid, or unenforceable under the applicable laws of Indonesia, either now or in the future, such provision will be fully separated from these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and enforced as though the conflicting, invalid, or unenforceable provision had never been part of these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect, unaffected by the separation of the conflicting, invalid, or unenforceable provision

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Matters not or yet to be regulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the applicable laws governing the Agreement, including but not limited to the Law of Contracts as set forth in Book III of the Civil Code (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata - KUHPerdata).

Closing Statement

These provisions will take effect as of the date set by Antares Platform on April 1, 2025.
